Prior to finalizing your reservation, we kindly ask that you thoroughly review our terms and conditions to prevent any potential misunderstandings and facilitate a seamless collaboration.

Cancellation policy

Free cancelation period 20 days before reservation. In case of cancellation after the free cancellation period, the prepayment will not be refunded.

All drivers must possess a valid driver’s license with a minimum of two years experience

The designated driver planning to operate the vehicle must have their valid driving license readily available during vehicle pickup.

Driver eligibility: age requirement and verification policy

The designated driver must be at least 23 years old and must accurately provide their age on the contract and rental form.

Car rental insurance

Car rental insurance includes mandatory standard insurance, which is included in the price.

Additionally, we offer optional extended insurance, which pays for damages to someone else’s vehicle or property in the event of an accident for which you, or someone driving your vehicle with your permission, are legally responsible. The cost for this optional coverage is €10 per day.

Usage of the vehicle on excessively rough roads is strictly prohibited.

Extra charges may be applicable in case of violations. For a list of accessible beaches, please refer here

Usage of the car by more people than the vehicle’s nominal capacity is strictly prohibited.

Extra charges will apply if violations are noticed. Please note that the ID.3 has a capacity of 5 persons, while the e-up! has a capacity of 4 persons. For more detailed information regarding the capacity of our vehicles, please click here.

Charges for damages

In cases of vehicle damage resulting from negligence or violation of the established rules, the customer is liable for covering the costs associated with the damage. Such costs are not covered by insurance.

Charges for police tickets

If a ticket is issued by the police for a violation of the Traffic Code, the full fine will be charged to the customer.
